Feedback in SessionSight collects structured user input (ratings, bug reports, NPS, custom forms) and shows distribution and trends over time, so you hear what users think without running surveys out of band.
Every response, sliced by type
The Feedback dashboard rolls up every entry across every feedback type you've defined. Headline numbers up top, entries-by-type distribution, and a recent activity stream so you see new responses the moment they land.

Custom types in seconds
Name a feedback type, add the options users can pick, toggle on free-text input if you want written messages. For ratings, use values like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. For documentation, use Terrible / Bad / So-so / Good / Great. Anything that maps to a user reaction.
New Feedback Type
Define the choices users can select when submitting feedback. For ratings, use values like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Options are optional if text input is enabled.
Three defaults on day one
Every new SessionSight workspace ships with three feedback types wired up and ready to collect. Keep them, edit the options, or replace them with your own. Visitors start submitting the moment your SDK loads.
