Choosing Workflows

Workflows automate your marketing.

Last updated:

Workflows power your marketing functions, and can be used for a wide variety of tasks. They are property agnostic and rely heavily on input parameters, so you can share them across all of your products.

Before you build your own, make sure you check the Marketplace to see if a workflow that does what you need already exists.

Workflows can include:

  • Social: Multi-platform scheduling, AI drafting, 1-to-many content splitting.
  • Monitoring: Watch social platforms for keywords and trigger side-effects on hits.
  • Followup: Track goals, session quality, or feedback and trigger emails, or messages with delays.
  • Segmentation: Manage segment visitors under specific conditions.
  • Reporting: Trigger notification or create tickets directly from errors, bad sessions, etc.

Workflows do not run by themselves, and must be put into a Campaign.

If the marketplace doesn’t have what you need, build one from scratch. Until then, let someone else’s debugging time become your shortcut.
